The key to fitness is diversity. From aqua aerobics to Zumba®, our classes cover a variety of instructor-led exercises that challenge your endurance, keep your muscles engaged, and get your body grooving.

As you step into the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center to improve your health and life, we hope you embrace these virtues as it is what got us through an extraordinary past and propels us toward a great future serving the community.

Despite our history going further back than 1992, that year marks when hardship forced the center to sink or swim. For a moment, our future looked dark until Harris Rosen, a prominent local hotelier and avid swimmer, turned activist for the aquatic center, saved this place. We are determined, now more than ever, to help improve the lives of our members and all who enter our aquatic and fitness center.

    Let us keep you up to date on all the great classes, programs, and events happening at the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center. We also frequently offer our members exclusive specials for events at our surrounding hotels. Hint: great post-work out meals and other “locals only” discounts. Click here to register.

  • With the second largest meeting center in the southeast in Orlando’s tourism area on IDrive, it makes sense that our indoor/outdoor aquatic center, one of Florida’s largest, be located here as well. We provide the area, which includes Dr. Phillips, access to our state-of-the-art facility which includes a gym, workout rooms, and personal facilities making us a perfect aquatic center for your next swim meet or for improving your health. Competitors, if you need a hotel near Orlando, we invite you to stay at a Rosen Hotel. Our fitness services and facilities are available to members and visitors on hourly or daily passes.
