Group Exercise offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. With over 30 group exercise classes to choose from, you’ll find something that’s right for you. Come get your feet wet, or keep them dry, while having fun and staying active and healthy!

AQUA ZUMBA®: (LEVEL 1 / 45 MINUTES) Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® brings new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. This class takes place in our heated indoor teaching pool.

Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting, and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba® shallow water class.

AQUACISE: (LEVEL 1/60 minutes) A chest level light to medium intensity water workout, using equipment and the water’s resistance to tone muscles and increase endurance and flexibility. Avoid joint pain and strain and come join us for a lively time in the pool!

CORE N’ MORE: (Level 2 / 30 Minutes) The Core N’ More class includes Pilates-based mat exercises to work on core strength and stability. We use bands and body weight as tools to enhance range of motion, flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. Our goal is for you to have fun and increase your ability to perform daily activities.

DEEP WATER WORKOUT: (LEVEL 2/45 minutes) This water fitness program is held in the competition pool and provides a non-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout. Participants may use flotation belts and Styrofoam barbells to perform a variety of motions including water walking, running, abdominal work, and toning exercises. It is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion, and muscle tone.

FLEX N’ STRETCH: (LEVEL 2/60 minutes) This class is based on the 30/30 format: 30 minutes of full-body, light-weight high-repetition training followed by 30 minutes of stretching to ease those burning muscles.

H2O FIT: (LEVEL 2/60 minutes) A medium-higher intensity workout, toning muscles, and increasing endurance and flexibility. This full-body workout is a combination of cardiorespiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training. Water equipment will be used and can be in the teaching pool or in the deep water.

SENIOR FIT (Balance): (LEVEL 1/45 minutes) This BALANCE class is designed for active older adults and those recovering from injury or with limited mobility to learn functional moves that help improve balance and stability — plus, it gives an opportunity to make friends! ● A chair will be available to use for assisted balance.

SENIOR FIT (Strength): (LEVEL 1/45 minutes) This STRENGTH class is designed for active older adults and those recovering from injury or with limited mobility to help gain strength, ward off muscle deterioration, and reduce instances of inactivity-related disease and cognitive decline — plus, it gives an opportunity to make friends! ● A chair will be available for seated exercises. Light hand weights, balls and bands will be used.

WATER WALKING (SELF-LEAD): This self-lead activity is great for anyone looking for fitness, therapy, and stress relief while doing various exercises that have you moving forward, backward, and sideways to increase muscles in your abdomen, back, and legs. It is recommended that participants wear water shoes. Meet some new friends while you walk the stress away! Non-swimmers welcome.

YOGA: (LEVEL 1/60 minutes) It’s time to roll out your mat and discover the benefits of this physical and mental exercises of yoga. No matter your age or fitness level, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate participants. BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

ZUMBA: (LEVEL 2/45 minutes) Come join the party! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin/international and popular music with booty shakin’ dance moves. It is the best form of exercise in disguise!

ZUMBA GOLD®: (LEVEL 1 / 45 MINUTES) Zumba Gold® is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological, and psychological needs of our older active adults and seniors. Perhaps Zumba Gold® will provide a suitable option for older adults seeking alternative means of reaching their exercise goals.

SENIOR STRETCH & BALANCE: (LEVEL 1/ 45 minutes) We want all of our seniors to live in good health and feel great! Keeping flexibility and coordination optimal is an important part of that! This class will consist of plenty of simple exercises, that are easy to follow for stretching and balancing. Our stretching will also benefit those in need of better posture.

The heated Olympic-sized competition pool has 17 lanes (16 competitive lanes and one ladder lane). These 17 lanes are 8.5 feet wide and 25 yards long. Lanes can be reconfigured to eight long course lanes that are 8.5 feet wide and 50 meters long. The pool depth is 7’ and has removable starting blocks.

This pool has a state-of-the-art scoreboard and ample seating and room for spectators.

This heated pool containing seven lanes, each 25 yards long at 4-foot depth, is home to the Learn to Swim program. Aquacise and water aerobics classes are also held in this pool.

Spectators are welcome to watch swim lessons in this pool from the air-conditioned viewing room adjacent to the teaching pool.

The temperature-regulated dive well has a dive tower with three platform heights: 5 meters, 7.5 meters, and 10 meters. It is also equipped with five 3-meter and five 1-meter springboards. The 25-meter x 25-yard dive well can be used as eight adjustable lap lanes. Depth stars at 7 feet with a slope to 17 feet under the tower and boards.

To use the diving equipment, divers must be accompanied by a USA-certified coach and coordinate with rentals@rosenaquatic.com.

This pool has on deck showers and a delayed video feed stream technology for coaching (Sideline Scout). There is ample seating and room for spectators.

Consider adding endless pool training to your curriculum. Ours is motorized to simulate lap swimming in a spa-like pool. It provides an 8-foot by 14-foot swim area with a water depth of 44 inches. Mirrors provide specialty training personalized for each swimmer. The simulated current is powered by a 7.5 horsepower, two-propeller swim current generator.

The endless pool is great for triathletes, physical therapists, and masters swimmers for swimming, water exercise, and recovery. It is also great for competitive swim programs with a 51-second 100-yard pace, which will even challenge sprinters.

All are available throughout the center. A family restroom with a changing area is located on deck by the teaching pool area. The spectator’s restrooms, also known as the Cabana Restrooms, for men and women are located by the pool area. More family locker rooms are on deck by the main pool with hot/cold showers, self-serve lockers, and private changing areas.

Adult locker rooms for men and women are off deck close to dive well with hot/cold showers. Body soap is provided as well as self-serve lockers and private changing areas.

Practice diving techniques in the climate-controlled performance center. Here, swimmers can strap into a pulley system outfitted with harness for acrobatic training above our trampoline area. We have three 1-meter springboards with pulley-outfitted with harness for dryland training.

The springboard floor is perfect for cheerleading, dance, stretching, gymnastics, tumbling, etc. We also have stretching mats, landing pits, and TRX training equipment.

Racquetball Courts/Multipurpose Room

We have two racquetball/wallyball rooms that can be used for training, exercise, and a multitude of activities.

This classroom-style room comfortably sits 60 to 65 individuals in either a buffet or table-style configuration. Coffee, an ice machine, and a drink cooler/refrigerator are available upon request as well as dry erase boards.

Rent out the executive-style conference room for important team meetings. The table in this room seats 10 and comes with dry-erase boards and a mounted TV for screen sharing. A projector is available upon request.
