Fitness Classes

Below are the current fitness classes we offer members and guests. Stay tuned to this page as we may add free classes covering water safety and CPR. These classes would be open to anyone interested in learning life-saving techniques. (Check out our Swim Lessons page to see what we offer.) As for our fitness classes, we have something for everyone—and for every skill level.

Fitness Challenge

Stretch and Restore

Mat Pilates

Zumba Gold

A fun, lower-intensity version of Zumba designed for active older adults. Enjoy easy-to-follow dance moves set to upbeat Latin and international rhythms.

Power Yoga

An energizing yoga practice that builds strength, stamina, and focus through dynamic sequences and mindful breathing. Expect to sweat and feel empowered.

Tai Chi

An ancient practice of slow, flowing movements that promote balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Ideal for stress relief and gentle strengthening.

Chair Yoga

All the benefits of yoga with the support of a chair! Improve flexibility, mobility, and circulation in a safe and accessible way—perfect for beginners or those with limited mobility.

Senior Fit

A fun, low-impact workout focusing on strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health. Designed to keep you active, mobile, and strong at any age.

Flow Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Yin Yoga
